I need some GDD's advice! I've got some grading issues, not to mention the base of the foundation is 'clay'. Thoughts?

GUYS DUDES & DADS: Toronto, Canada; I am really not sure if I'm a guy or a dude anymore, but I'm definitely a Dad! I wake up to a great spouse and 3 great kids everyday...well, let's say most days. I dream about sleeping if that's even possible and have nightmares about the kids growing up and that I'll miss something significant in their incredible little world! I also dream about Golf and Farrah Fawcett, but that's for another day. I try to stay hip, but thankfully realized that there's a "hip" for every milestone...I'm now about to be hip (as hip as possible) at 40! My list of 'best' friends has shrunk to a much smaller list and I'm fine with it, but never believed it possible 20 years ago. I truly try to better myself or at least understand my short comings as often as possible and learn why I'm this way or that? I take risks (calculated) that will enlighten my life moving fwd...hence this BLOG! I'll take heat from my buddy's for starting this thing, but it's worth it and I know deep down that some of them want to do the same. Thanks for checking in and I'll do my best to keep it interesting, real and laughable. GDD
